We also have a number of ways that our patients can access their health records and book appointments or request repeat medications 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for patients registered at Chrisp Street Health Centre and are over the age of 18. Our Reception staff will be pleased to issue you with the login details that you will require to set up an account to use this service.
Please remember to bring in a form of photo ID so that we may issue you with your log in details.



We offer the following services:


1. Booking Face To Face Appointments with your GP and Practice Nurse
This service is designed to book appointments with your usual registered GP to ensure continuity of care as well as the option of additional GP apppointments if you require.
Please only book routine appointments and not appointments for independent medical examinations which will need to be booked through our reception desk.

There are also a number of appointments with our highly trained and experienced nursing team who can usually help our patients for minor illnesses, wound care, chronic diseases, care plans as well as contraceptive and travel advice.


2. Booking Telephone Appointments with your GP

If you would like to speak to your GP and not necessarily attend for a face to face appointment, then you can book a telephone consultation online and your GP will call you back to discuss your concerns. 


3. Requesting Repeat Medications

For patients who are on medications regularly, your medication is available to request online, 24 hours a day.
You will still require a regular medication review, usually at a 6-12 month interval which will be agreed with one of our clinicians (GP or nurse).
Occasionally medication may be limited in issue if there is a review or query which will ensure that we are treating you appropriately with medication that is effective for your healthcare.  

Please note our turnaround time is 48 hours - so please allow two working days for your order to be processed.


4. Viewing your Medical Care Record
This allows registered patients to see their medical records online including test results, measurements including blood presure and weight as well as documents to and from hospital clinics.
